Palm Beach county's premier custom tattoo studio. Established in 1996, AST has been delivering one-of-a-kind custom tattoos for over a decade. Founded by Mike "Pooch" Pucciarelli, Altered State quickly established itself as a THE shop to go to for truly custom tattoos. In 1997 Scott White was added to the mix, bringing his own unique style to the fold. Through the years, Altered State has been home to many talented artists, and 2012 is no different. The current artist lineup is Pooch, Scott, & Brad Cain.
